Hotel hard to find from the underground not very well signed for the hotel .not very good at check in , receptionist not helpfully at advice on the restaurant or the bar or the lift . Should be alittle more toiletries in the room plus tea & coffee and milk , we were travelling all day , and more tea and coffee would of been great

UNABLE TO TRAVEL
WE DID NOT STAY AT THE HOTEL SINCE THE UK GOVERNMENT HAS RESTRICTED USA CITIZENS FROM TRAVEL TO THE UK BECAUSE OF THE CORONA VIRUS. WE LOOK FORWARD TO RECEIVING OUR FULL REFUND DUE TO COVID-19 SHORTLY.

Stayed at the Garden Inn for just one night. Very convenient location but that's as good as it gets. We stayed in a triple room but there were only towels for 2. The breakfast was vile and the bar food was well below par.
