Convenient stop over stay
The hotel is a quick walk from the Central Train station and all of the sights you need to see while in Amsterdam. The folks at the desk were all very helpful and accommodating to my needs and questions. European rooms are typically small this met our expectations, we didn't feel cramped at all. Updated bathroom, coffee maker, working air conditioner, and a fridge in the room made our stay comfortable. We were there for two nights and it met our needs for a quick stop over on our way home from Europe.

Despite indicating (using the exterior door advice slide bar) that the room was available for cleaning when I left the room in the morning, the room remained unmade all day/evening. Had to personally request a replacement box of Kleenex/ facial tissues for the bathroom, and fresh face towels.

Not worth the amount charged.
GOOD- comfortable beds. From Room 301 there is a nice view of the canal. Nice walking distance with luggage from central station. Safe neighborhood. BAD- A bar 2 doors down. It was very noisy in our room. The noise lasted to 4:00 am. That was not good for sleeping. There is one very narrow circular staircase that can be difficult with large luggage. The self serve breakfast was marginal at best. Not worth it for the money they charge.
