Pleasant stay at the NH Amsterdam Centre. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nothing overly special about the room but does the job in providing a clean hotel in a good location. Would definitely stay here again.

if only there were a double bed
booked this hotel for an anniversary and asked for a room with a double bed. at first we got room 339 that was small in size, two single beds pushed together (that moved during the night) a view to cement wall (I guess it is called courtyard) and no option to open a window. heating was just too much and we felt the need for fresh air. we asked to be moved to a room with a double bed and a window, and we were moved to room 201. this room had a view to the city, a window that can be opened (and we kept it open during most of the stay, a balcony (that was impressive) but unfortunately, two single beds that pushed together. room was even smaller than the previous room. all in all, hotel is in a great location. bus from and to the airport is just few meters away from the hotel. public transportation is just in front of the hotel and basically, everything is within a walking distance

Very average
Nothing major, just a bog standard globo hotel but pricey for what it is. Tired look and feel, unremarkable bar, wear and tear, broken room door lock, noise coming from speaker, no robe, fridge in room but dont think it worked, lights/bulbs not working, and very uncomfortable bed...would not stay again...would look elsewhere
