10/10 Exceptional

Hotel and room were very clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable. Throughout the stay the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast does get very busy and the space is not the biggest so it was hard to navigate the space without walking into people with full trays of food and drinks, but the food itself was very tasty and there was a good variety to pick from.

Fabulous hotel in Amsterdam Noord. Just a short walk to the free ferry which goes to Amsterdam Centraal. There is a great supermarket across the road for all those essentials and snacks. Breakfast was wonderful with so many choices

6/10 Good

It was a good location. The room had signs that it needs an update already. Out of 3 nights we stayed here, our room only got cleaning service once and it was done poorly (they didn’t gave us clean mugs and we had to request them, didn’t make the beds, didn’t vacuum).

It was easy to have a car at the property and the location was perfect to get between Central Station and Amsterdam University College at Amsterdam Science Park.

10/10 Exceptional

Great medium priced hotel close to the Central train station. 2 supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. Staff at the hotel were very accommodating with any query we needed answering. Our room was good (13th floor) although a little fridge would have been helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

10/10 Exceptional

Overall nice experience in this huge hotel. Breakfast is a bit crowded that's why. I recommend to go early if you don't want to fight for a seat .. However, its quite enough considering European standards/costs. Hotel is in East side of river, free ferry can be used to cross from West to East. In total 5mins ferry + ~20mins walk to reach to the hotel. If you dont mind this 25mins distance, then hotel will satisfy your expectations.

10/10 Exceptional

We enjoyed the breakfast that was included in our stay. The staff was always cleaning and keeping up with the traffic in the eatery. We enjoyed their restaurant and the front desk was very helpful. The staff provided us with transportation to the airport and assisted us where we needed to meet our tour bus. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Very clean and quiet, breakfast was great. Just a 10 min walk to the ferry and then it’s 5 min to downtown Amsterdam. An excellent choice for someone who wants to see Amsterdam, but not stay in the thick of it.
