Amazing staff
The location was convenient as it’s only 4 stops away from the central station. The room was clean and the staff were very kind and professional. When my flight was cancelled suddenly they helped me a lot. Overall my experience at this hotel was great.

Not impressed
The hotel looked nice in the photos, but it was below average. Dark room (too dark to do makeup), very warm, very basic (no iron, no mirror near the window), the bathroom was a wet room with no squeegee so it was constantly covered in water. We tried to shower carefully but with no water and drainage only in the shower, the floor was underwater. Disgusting. The duvet was stained and gross. Location wise, it's close to a metro station and tram stop, but far from the Amsterdam city centre. We are not picky, but i wouldn't stay there again.

My wife and I had a great stay! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with friendly staff. The rooms do need a bit of remodeling and the mattress was a little too soft. However, we really liked the location and cleanliness of The Social Hub. It was a perfect weekend to stay at as well since it was PRIDE weekend!! 🌈 will stay here again for future vacations.
