Beach view suite stay 9/10
My experience overall was great. The food, in my opinion, was amazing. The mexican food that was available at the buffet was overall satisfying. While I personally would have preferred more mexican cuisine. I understand the various cuisine options.
The reason why I did not give this place a 5 star was due to the lack of transportation from and to the airport. Also, upon arrival, we didn't have change or smaller bills. Therefore, we tipped the baggage porter what we could at that moment. Only to hear him cussing up a storm outside. Very unprofessional. While I was tempted to address this, I figured it was best to enjoy our stay and not let someone that petty ruined our stay.
Shout out to Javier, who got promoted from the buffet to the Mexican restaurant. Congratulations, my friend.
Also, thank you to the ladies who helped during our arrival.
