2/10 Poor
I have nothing good to say about this place except that the view from the window was pretty cool. When I arrived, I noticed the television didn't work and some of the blinds did not raise. After telling me they'd send someone to check it out in the morning, they finally told me mid day that they knew it didn't work. After going back and forth, they finally decided to replace the cable box that they clearly had no intention of doing. The place was super dusty. Dust coming off the ceiling fan and all on the walls. They clearly don't care about presentation whatsoever or cleanliness. My linen was NOT clean. I brought this up to them and the building manager. They did not care. The couch is extra lumpy. I stayed for several days because they wouldn't issue me a refund after not wanting to stay after the first night. Before my stay was over, I had to purchase my own toilet paper. I would be think twice about booking this place because they only care about taking your money. By the way, when you walk in, it's necessary to put a code in to get through to the elevators. THEY NEVER gave me a code and acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. I had to get the front desk to let me in every time. These people are a JOKE!!! I decided to book a much better apartment for my last couple of days and it was definitely worth it. DONT DO IT!!!
