The staff show unfriendly and black face from front desk to restaurant. 1st hotel I stayed that is this unfriendly. The aircond in the room is not cold even with 18'C setting. Good thing is Duty manager did help to change the room to a higher floor with no smell in the room.

This hotel is located in mid valley n there is a very big shopping arcade under the hotel. Lots of shopping n big super market. Hotel housekeeping staff very good service. However one reception lady s service is not so friendly. Always no smile. All male staff in reception are cheerful.
