Well located and very friendly staff. Property is on the whole quote run down and in bad need of a renovation. Executive Floor Lounge was a disappointment - very limited selection and closes early. Management should just leave the lounge open for guests to get their coffee or drinks from the fridge.

I showed my Malaysian Id to prove that I didn’t have to pay Myr$20 per night for the tourism tax, the front desk still charged me $30 for the 3 nights stay claiming that my husband who stayed with me didn’t have Malaysian id. In all the hotels I stayed in Malaysia, no other hotels charged me tourism tax as soon as I showed them my Malaysian Id. This hotel should refund me Myr$30.
