    I was charged a little higher than d normal rate

    It was a good stay,beautiful place. The only complaint is that the Same Amount charged me for a room without breakfast is the same amount the hotel is offering for the same room with breakfast. I felt I was not treated well in this area. Complained to hotels.com about it but they did nothing

    Nice hotel. Easy walk to KLCC and Pavilion but due to one way exit road configuration, taxi journeys can be longer from hotel to city attractions. Pool area needs some TLC. There is a lot nicer (for cheaper) in KL

    Loved this place.. great location and friendly helpful staff...hotel was very quiet we felt we were the only ones there. Tourism has been impacted by Covid 19. Pool was nice and huge gym. Breakfast was nice but our last day it was moved to the horizon club as I guess it’s saves money? Nicest Shangri-La we’ve stayed in.

    Good hotel but you need to know...

    This is a good hotel in a great location. 5 minute walk to the monorail station and a 15-20 minute walk to the Petronas Towers and the KLCC park. The staff are great, very friendly and helpful. If I did have a gripe it would be about the decor and rooms. They are tired and hues of brown and beige are not a good look for a hotel room in my opinion. I am not sure when the hotel rooms were last given a make over but I believe it is past due. Also I stayed in an Executive room, 1616, and then upgraded to a Horizon room, 2219, there was no difference, infact the Horizon room was smaller. Room 1616 had a view at the front of hotel, room 2219 the waste ground/car park behind the hotel.!!
