Poor reception, poor Hotels.com admin.
Poor. Arrived at locked gate, no answer. If not for printed booking guard would not let my family in. (Had it due to past poor experiences with Hotels.com admin) Receptionist had no notice of booking. Despite written conformation that account was fully paid tried for extra payment. Instead of helping client tried to put blame on Hotels.com. Same with owner next morning. Breakfast which was paid for not availability.
