My wife and me stayed here for 3 nights before and after the Safari. Actually the staff are very friendly and helpful, they allowed us for early check-in as our flight to Nairobi was very early. The room is nice and very practical, even it's a bit small, but the bed is lovely. The breakfast was nice and good quality, but not a lot of choices.

The room are small but very cosy. The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. The food was okay, nothing much to write home about. The sausages in the morning though need work. The views of the city from the rooms are exceptional the higher you go, especially during sunrise and sunset. All in all a very relaxing experience.

It was great. Excellent breakfast! Good service. We especially want to thank Kelvin Kinoti for going beyond his duty, showing interest and being very helpful in a project.

I had amazing stay here. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. The hotel was kept very clean at all times. I felt very safe at this hotel. This was my 1st time traveling outside of US so I was nervous but all the smiling faces made me feel at home. The food was divine and well priced. One member named Helen M working in the restaurants was absolutely wonderful. She was the kindest person that took time to explain many things to me. So, if you need a hotel in Nairobi I would definitely recommend Ibis Styles. Only recommendation would be to exchange USD to KES before purchasing in the hotel.

The room was smallish but clean and comfortable, service was hit and miss and you need to double check all the bills for double ups and added items.

Overpriced youth hostel/undergraduate dormitory! Service extremely slow and then insufficient response to easy requests like getting your bill for dinner in the restaurant. Seems like the place is run by a bunch of teenagers more concerned with docoalizing with each other than taking basic job assignments seriously. Also, likd many buildings in Nairobi, there were no vents installed for toilet/sewage pupes, so smell of sewage was constantly coming out of the shower drain in the bathroom in my room. Bad staff training and poor facilities management- these are ultimately an upper management issued. Property really does not live up to the Ibis brand name. I have worked and lived in East Aftrica for the past 10 years, and this had to be 9ne of my wordt hotel experiences. Dont be taken on by the glitzy pics, i wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone.
