Mexico City and related destinations

Beneath the shadow of ancient volcanoes, a metropolis of contrasts unfolds where Aztec temples neighbour Spanish cathedrals. The massive Zócalo plaza buzzes with activity while nearby, the Palacio de Bellas Artes showcases murals that tell Mexico's complex storey. Escape the urban intensity at Chapultepec Park, where a world-class anthropology museum sits near a peaceful zoo. Elegant Paseo de la Reforma leads to areas where street food vendors serve better meals than many restaurants. The Templo Mayor ruins remind visitors that an empire once stood here, its stones now incorporated into colonial buildings. Don't miss the Frida Kahlo Museum in Coyoacán, where the artist's vibrant spirit lives on in her preserved blue house.

ULIV Cibeles

ULIV Cibeles

10/10 Excellent
"We loved staying at ULIV Cibeles. Very convenient to all the action of Roma Norte and Condessa while on a calm and quiet street. The water temp in the shower was nice and warm. It was such a bonus to have filtered water in the room, cut down a lot on the need to buy bottles of water. Also helpful to have free laundry. Would definitely stay there again."

10/10 Excellent
"We had a great stay overall! The reception staff—Andrés, Montse, and Saúl—were wonderful. They were friendly, attentive, and always available whenever we needed anything. They were also very accommodating and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. One of our favorite parts was the incredible panoramic view of CDMX from our balcony/room. The room itself was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s location was another huge plus—it was within walking distance of so many places, which made exploring the city very convenient. On the weekends, there are also pop-up markets nearby with lots of delicious food and souvenirs to browse. The rooftop was definitely a highlight! The panoramic views of the city were absolutely amazing and made for a beautiful experience. There were a few things that could be improved. The bed was very hard and stiff, so unfortunately it wasn’t the most comfortable for sleeping. The hotel can also be quite noisy, so if you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful location, this may not be the best fit. We also noticed that some of the staircases and certain areas of the hotel were quite dim, even with the eco-friendly lighting. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay. The friendly staff, fantastic location, cleanliness, and incredible city views made it a great experience. We would definitely consider staying here again!"

10/10 Excellent
"Eight of us stayed at Historico Central Hotel for three nights. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the location in the city is perfect for walking and exploring the historic city central. The staff here is friendly and professional. The food was delicious - yes, a free made-to-order breakfast each morning is included and you have access to sandwiches, salads, and basic drinks for free at their cafe - all is included. This was very helpful for our budget. Cold waters are provided on each floor and there are plenty of common areas for gathering just to relax and hang out together. We felt very safe here and were just a few blocks away from popular shopping and eating streets and the Zocalo. Highly recommended hotel!"
