WOW! Wonderful wonderful from towels to bed to food/restaurant to room service to friendly helpful attentive staff to staffed business center. Wish the TV was easier to maneuvre but still was able to get some channels. As you can tell rave review for Hyatt Polanco, Mexico City!!!
