Very good transit place at Mexico airport

Very convinient hotel if you are in transit for a flight. Connected directly by a airway with terminal 1 they have afree shuttle for terminal 2 or you cantake the air train. This hotel have a super modern gymn and a beatifull heated pool !

On my trips to Mexico City, this is my TO-GO hotel. I love their service and attention. The hotel needs some remodeling, but everything else is great!

Great for travelers, good accommodations.

This my go to hotel when I have to spend a night in Mexico City, usually just an overnight stay on my way somewhere else. Overall the hotel is very adequate, the location being ideal for travelers. The rooms are generally quite comfortable even though during my last stay the mattress was softer than what I'm used to at this hotel. Service is good overall, even though I usually get checked in in a quarter of the time it takes others.

Hotel is great but beware

I have stayed at this place for a few times now. It is great and convenient but they don’t make me feel welcome just because I booked the stay from a 3rd party outfit instead of directly from the hotel. This last time their intention was to give me a room in the north tower which are rooms that are not very appealing. So every time I feel like I have to “beg” to them to give me a better accommodation in the main building, even though I’m technically paying for the service. So every time I said to my self I’m not going back but for me reason or another I forget about it and go through the same situation again. @Hotels.com please negotiate better accommodations. Other than this the issue the hi otro is great.

La única ventaja es que está muy accesible desde la T1 del AICM, ofrecen transporte gratuito a la T2. Lo malo precios excesivos en la comida, si hay opciones pero a precio de Aeopuerto y con muy baja calidad, el baño desprendía un olor muy fuerte a drenaje que en la noche terminaba metiéndose a la habitación, mucho ruido en la noche ya que es un hotel grande y hay mucho movimiento a todas horas, personal poco servicial y nada amables.
