Room service was excellent, and I was able to book a same-day facial appointment. While the pool area could use some cosmetic updates, it didn’t affect how much we enjoyed our stay. Santa Fe is a neighborhood that you have to go only for work, their are to many buildings and is far away the International Airport of Mexico City. The hotel is very nice, and clean. they have very good breakfast is a buffet. the staff is helpful.

Clean room. No fridge - just a space in a cupboard for a fridge ;-) made me smile. I reported that the room had no hot water (e.g. to shower) and the hotel fixed the problem within a few hours. I appreciate that. The food was good. Air conditioning only cooled the room - no heat. This was a little disappointing, but the pool was warm enough to enjoy for half an hour. Overall, fair value for money. Location was good.

Staff friendly, good location. Hot water takes Mom to come on, and does not get very hot, only two towels were given to our room for four guest. Every day. We had to ask for additional towels. There were no towels in the swimming area, and no explanation of how to get them. The food in the hotel was extremely expensive, compared to local fair out around the hotel. I recommend that you do not eat or drink anything in the hotel due to this. If you stay near the elevators, you will hear a very loud rumbling all day and all night.
