Hilton Mexico City Reforma

It is a first time in my life when I'm being asked to pay for a WIFI on the hotel. It is especially outrageous when it is a hotel that charges 200$ a night. Only after expressing my total disappointment I was give a free wi-fo int he room. The hotel is also noisy, and it is has nothing to do with street noise. The event they host on the 1 and second floor produce so much noise that I couldn sleep in the room on the 10th floor. When I called a recepttion an asked to change the room, the reply was 'sorry sir, we have an event and there is nothing we can do'. Only when I came down enraged and half-asleep to the reception and demanded to talk to the manager, only then I was give another room. Really disappointing, will never contemplate Hilton for anothe stay. In fact, when got back to Maxico City 2 days later I have stayed in a different hotel.

Urban oasis full of culture and hospitality
Excellent location for the perfect stay in Mexico City. Being centrally located in such a busy city yet across from a beautiful historic park makes this property feel like a spacious urban oasis! The staff is nothing but top notch from Jaime, Erik and the concierge team to Eduardo and the device team in the lobby. Thanks to all for providing the best experience I could have had on my first trip to your beautiful city! Gracias!

Great location
The main pro for this hotel is the location. It’s a walking distance to CDMX old town and it’s not far from the airport.
