The staff was very rude and sarcastic from the moment I arrived. I arrived early (12pm) and just asked if they have an early room available and their answer was sarcastic and told me that at 3pm. I left my luggage and went to eat, I came back at 2pm, asked again just in case and they “literally” told me to go out for a walk and come back at 3pm. I left and came back at 2:55pm and their answer was, “we told you after 3pm”. I asked again at 3pm and they were just cleaning the rooms. I wasn’t able to get a room until 3:30pm and once I entered the room, it smelled like tobacco store. I called downstairs to tell them about it, they sent someone to check if I was right and the person confirmed. So I went back downstairs and they didn’t give me a room until 4pm. The only thing they said was “I’m sorry”. After going through all the bullying and getting a dirty room. I honestly do not recommend this hotel.
