Disappointment
It was a nice hotel walking into. Then I woke up and seen cockroaches in the room I did go to the front desk and they changed my room but every room had them rooms were not clean completely there was crumbs of food even with the maids envelope there. The pool area was nice but the hot tub was out of order for most of my trip. So I wouldn’t stay again.

The convenience to restaurants and transportation. The surrounding area was beautiful and safe to walk and discover. The staff was friendly. The rooms were big, a little old but comfortable and safe.

Very good location on the Paseo de la Reforma. Good restaurant, good attentive staff, rooms with decent space and amenities. Small shower area and something about the shower door seemed not right to me. But this is a good hotel with comfortable beds and well located
