The rooms were small but clean & comfortable, TV worked fine, the heater was hoooot and lovely on a cold night. We were greeted leaving & coming in, it felt safe. Shocking for a "Best" Western
Room very small, bed incredibly uncomfortable, bathroom dated and not exactly clean. Car parking charged at £10 despite no mention of a fee when booking. But the breakfast was without doubt the worst hotel breakfast I've ever had. It actually must take some effort to make a cooked breakfast of such poor quality. No doubt literally days of effort based on the bacon which looked like it had been cooked a few days before. Even the continental part was cheap and nasty. Staff all polite and helpful.
