In dem großen Kasten kommt man sich fast verloren vor. Besonders dann, wenn das Personal sehr "zurückhaltend" ist. Mehr Gästeinformation wäre hilfreich. Die Lage - reines Gewerbegebiet - bietet wenig Möglichkeiten. Wohl eher für Tagungsgäste geeignet. Das vielfältige Frühstücksbuffet versöhnt allerdings. Preis-Leistung daher ok.-

Während meines letzten Aufenthalts wurde mein Zimmer trotz mehrfacher Zusagen Ihres Teams nicht gereinigt. Dies hat dazu geführt, dass ich nach langen Arbeitstagen abends jedes Mal persönlich zur Rezeption gehen musste, um auf den Zustand meines Zimmers aufmerksam zu machen. Dieser wiederholte Ablauf war nicht nur unangenehm, sondern auch unzumutbar für einen Hotelgast. Ich bitte Sie daher, diese Angelegenheit zu prüfen und sicherzustellen, dass solche Vorkommnisse in Zukunft vermieden werden.
