Our stay was otherwise pleasant, however I note that the staff failed multiple times to complete a very simple request for a themed decoration of my room, due to miscommunication on their part. Great location. Beach and pool are very nice. Food is good quality and the service is good (in comparison to regional standards). As a result you pay higher prices for food there than elsewhere, but that’s to be expected at one of the country’s top/most elite hotels. One thing they didn’t address was that my safe wasn’t working properly. It wasn’t fixed and there was no follow up. They should also look at their humidity control system. I found the bedding slightly damp but it wasn’t a game changer.
