The room was immaculate, well designed and very comfortable. Our stay was during 2 very sunny days so being so close to all the main attractions was really great, however the room was boiling hot when we first came in because it is south facing with no AC. Could be an issue in the summer months. If you are driving there, you have to park pretty far, which we had no idea about so it made the check-in quite stressful. The departure was a taxi ride back to the parking lot that cost 75 pounds for 2 nights. It’s otherwise a perfect location and a very nice space to stay in.

We stayed for 2 nights in this apartment hotel. We had our 2 year old with us, and this was a fantastic stay for a few reasons. 1. The team is highly communicative and amenable to requests. Originally they had given us a baby cot, but my toddler has outgrown it - so they were gracious enough to give us an extra bed, with no extra charge. They accommodated an early check-in to make us comfortable. 2. The room while small, was exceptionally well designed. Even with a pull-out bed, a sofa, a small dining table - we never felt cramped. The furnishings were modern and high quality, and having a small kitchenette in the room was helpful. 3. The location is amazing - a short walk from the Royal Mile, and on a street that was quiet at night. They have rooms that face the castle - though they were sold out of those during our stay. 4. Finally, it's the small things that make a good stay great. They left a super cute soft-toy for my toddler on our departure date, which he absolutely loved. One small downside - you have to take a staircase with about 20 steps to get to the rooms. There are no elevators to carry your suitcases. This wasn't a big issue for us, but if you are mobility impaired, it could be a challenge.

The thermostat is strange. My room was cold. I eventually got it to a reasonable temperature. There isn’t an electrical outlet in the bathroom. To dry your hair in front of a mirror you have to do in the living room. The half door on the shower is irritating and makes the shower colder. Overall it was a lovely flat.

Loved everything about this property. The apartment was immaculate, the furnishings were lovely, the bed was comfortable, there was appropriate lighting in each area, laundry available (I assume on each floor), sensory lighting in the hallways, excellent communication from the off-site staff. I have nothing negative to say about this space.

The apartment is fantastic as is the location. We thought it would be noisy especially during Fringe, but it was soundproof. Great kitchenette and total privacy. We would highly recommend. Note: towel service and room cleaning is not done-- so a week stay with only 1 set of towels is difficult. Totally electronic check in.

This little apartment was beautifully appointed and super well equipped. From the linens and furnishings to the hand soap and kitchen equipment, everything had obviously been carefully curated. The location could not be better for walking to all the central tourist attractions. Communication and host support was outstanding. Just perfect for either a short-term or long-term stay.
