Won’t be back
Check in was awful, had to wait in a queue for over an hour. Surely they knew how many guests had to check in that day and should have been better prepared with more staff. Rooms were very grotty and well worn but you get what you pay for I suppose. Bed was awful and didn’t get much sleep.

2/10 Poor

Grubby
Biq queues, so took over an hour to check in. When I got to my room, it was grubby. The whole place is tired and looks as if absolutely no investment is being made here. Shame, because the location is ok.

Overpriced for what it is
Stayed one night for a concert…room really overpriced…TV had one channel and could t get anymore, neither did the remote work …bathroom and room tired and in need of repair… especially the black mouldy grouting in the shower … beds uncomfortable…highly inflated price probably because it was bank holiday weekend and Harry Styles concert …not happy about having to pay extra for breakfast so didn’t and glad I didn’t t as what I saw looked terrible for the price…staff were lovely and helpful but beyond that …would not use again

There are better places to stay!
Not the cleanest of hotels. The carpets had not been vacuumed in the corridors, stains on bedroom carpet and walls.

Basic room. Toilet door had no lock but would not even close. No coffee machine at breakfast only hot water and sachets of coffee. Paid £273 for one night so very expensive

Girls break away
Staff at front desk excellent. Guy in restaurant that clears the table and sets them very not hygienic cleaning tables after scraping dirty plates cleaning round clean cutlery left on table spoons it and just mocks around it. The cloth when he scraping plates any rubbish goes on the floor which my sister picked up. If you asked him a question he was very rude which is a shame because this hotel is lovely. Extra pillows should be available at all times. I've also said the fans above the bath need a good clean As when you shower bits are falling on you. I clean the room 19 the best I could. The unit where the tea in coffee is needs fixed. Majorly I suffer seizures and I've had phone against that that would have collapsed. Apart from these little issues it was in the amazing stay .
