First of all if you are planning to stay more than 1 or 2 nights this hotel is not ideal as you have to live off your suitcase. Room is small and no storage and hard to move around. Room smells dusty and carpet dirty needs a total overhaul. A/C system in the room needs overhaul. Staff were friendly enough but not very helpful. There are 2 elevators and 1 can’t go to ground floor because of a fault, so why not fix it? No indication that service is being done. Breakfast was adequate for a continental breakfast the basic toast, croissants, muffins few cereal types and fruit compost, coffee and tea. One thing good is the location. We stayed 5 nights and for the cost of this hotel that we paid it was very, very disappointing.

Great budget room near the Royal Mile, but keep in mind that there is no fridge and no microwave, but there is A/C. Only one towel was already in the room (we booked for two well in advance). The room looks small in the pictures, but it's smaller in person. That's not really an issue since we didn't spent a lot of time in the room. Breakfast (if you pay to access it) is decent. Coffee, croissants, chocolatines, juices, yogurt and fruits.

Fantastic stay at Hub By Premier Inn Edinburgh – Royal Mile! The location couldn’t be better — many of the main tourist attractions, great restaurants, and shops are all within easy walking distance. The train station is just a few minutes away on foot, which made getting around so simple. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel for exploring Edinburgh!
