Prior to check in, staff tried to bait and switch with an entirely different stay (I booked a panoramic 41st floor apartment, they tried to give me a ground floor condo that was 1/3 the price). I spent hours on the phone with them and they kept lying saying they were upgrading me and it wasn't ground floor because it had a second floor (lol). Finally got them to fix it. The "blackout curtains" are a joke, it's mesh and see through, plus there was an entirely missing curtain in one of the "bedrooms", so bring eye masks if you want to sleep. At one point, maintenance showed up with a loud compressor to vaccuum out the dryer vent. At another point the shower hot water & pressure gave out completely for a full day ("let me talk to management and I'll get back to you" was their unhelpful motto every time). The 1/3 elevators for the building was out for a morning meaning it took 13 minutes to call an elevator (it was faster to walk down 41 flights of stairs, ridiculous). I also paid for late checkout (twice!! their check in system is broken too), and was only informed via email at 1am the day I was checking out that it wasn't available (who is checking emails at 1am on a Sunday??). Overall, nightmare to deal with, recommend staying elsewhere, they're totally incompetent and the apartment needs some renovation. Nice view and location though!
