Club Qtrs London
Excellent staff, full of information and advice. Stayed during rail strike and they were not affected by the issues, in fact, rose above them... that itself improved my opinion, from excellent, to superb.

There is need to parking service available with the hotel as that what was stipulated listed on the option with the hotel. Reason for selecting the hotel also on red route were no option to offload vehicle. But was informed that will be ok to off-load. Await to see if now to receive a penalty. Overall staff were great.

Well situated City of London hotel, friendly staff
Helpful staff gave us early check-in for free (although the hotel had sent a message offering this for "from £50"). The restaurant is being refurbished but there are breakfast places close to the hotel. Finding the lifts (just one of two was functioning) is not easy as the floor plan is irregular. The location is excellent, 15 minutes walk from St Paul's, close to Tower Bridge and the Tower. The room and other offerings was reasonable value for the price.

Great hotel and good location
Great location, clean and spacious room, very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was good had £10 voucher for wetherspoons attached to reception, plenty of extras like tea/coffee available in reception and water stations. I would stay again and recommend.
