Great hotel.
We had a great friendly welcome by Lauren the room was very clean and the food was excellent we would definitely recommend the hotel. It was as others have said very close to the American Embassy I would definitely stay there again.

Greeted and feted by the best staff I have ever come across. Only downside was the number of stairs to the room at the top but again the staff were so helpful and friendly. If you want a friendly helpful hotel and are looking for reasonably priced accommodation this is the place. Location is near the US embassy.

A lovely place to stay. After a long journey the complimentary drinks (non spirit) were very much welcome. Only a few minutes walk from nine elms tube station, sainsburys is en route so any last minute shopping can be done. Lovely room and shower, plus breakfast being included is a nice touch. Definitely be staying here again.
