We got to the hotel very early after our overnight flight and the lady Shun Lae who checked us in was very courteous and helpful. Shun let us access our room early which was upgraded to an executive suite and was ready. Shun was very helpful during our entire stay. We were very appreciative of this great service. Our hotel room was very good with a nice view of the canal and the city. We spent our evenings in the Bai Bar & Terrace. The staff, Mike, Abul, Mutsa, Ellie, Alice, Keith and others gave us great service and it was very relaxing. I would recommend this hotel to other travellers. It was a 15 minute walk to the Dubai Mall or a short taxi ride to the Mall or the city.

I had an incredible stay at the Radisson Blu Canal and Marasi View! The hotel has a beautiful ambiance that immediately makes you feel welcome and relaxed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to room 308, which offered a fantastic view. The hotel's location is also ideal, being so close to the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect stay in Dubai
