Perfect place to stay, but..
Novotel is an excellent hotel, with wonderful staff, extremely clean beds comfortable and rooms quiet. Only drawback was cold to lukewarm water for showering. We reported after the first night, however, second night was just as bad. After an extremely long air-flight all we wanted were hot showers.

I found the location of this very convenient from the metro, malls etc. The staff were so helpful & polite we have decided to return here on the way back. Thanks to wai wai, Anna & Ahmed at the counter for making our stay really enjoyable. I really recommend getting breakfast as there was so much variety & delicious.
