"An amazing stay with stellar service! Phil at the front desk was friendly, professional, and made a somewhat complicated situation turn out for the best. Loved our room with a stunning view of Parliament Hill. Enjoyed lunch on the terrace overlooking Parliament and the Rideau canal, and the coffee at the Cafe was excellent. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The location could not have been more perfect. I wish we could have stayed longer and can’t wait to go back again sometime."

"recently stayed at the Wingate by Wyndham in Ottawa for a 1-night business trip, and overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient experience. Location: The hotel is well-situated in Ottawa’s west end, with easy highway access and close proximity to Kanata’s business district. It’s a short drive to downtown, though not within walking distance of major attractions. Plenty of parking was available on-site, which was a big plus. Check-In & Service: Check-in was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and helpful with local recommendations. I appreciated the quick service and warm welcome after a long travel day. Room: My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for a business traveler. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the desk setup was perfect for working. I also appreciated the microwave and mini-fridge. The bathroom was spotless, with good water pressure and plenty of towels. Amenities: I didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean and inviting."
