    Food unfit for human consumption
Room was average, queen beds were small for taller ppl like my family, staff was friendly but the food served at La terrace was the worst, the steak frites was tasteless and undercooked, the lobster sliders tasted like canned imitation crab meat and the tomato platter( don’t remember the name of the dish) was not edible and left untouched after one bite. I would suggest a chef with credentials revamp the menu for such a great location

    A bit disappointing
A bit disappointing. It was raining on arrival and the front entrance was crowded with pedestrians taking cover from the rain so it was extremely difficult just pulling in and unloading luggage. Not a good first impression. Checkin was quick and easy. Room was just average. Very few TV channels and not even in HD. Remote was not working well. Parking is ridiculously expensive $40 a day and no free WiFi. Coffee mugs were not very clean. We had to wash them before using and the tv stand was quite dusty. It's understood that additional precautions are taken due to Covid so some of the normal amentities were unavailable. The location itself was fabulous and the interior decor in the lobby and common areas was beautiful. Overall, for the price, not really worth it. You can get a much nicer room with more inclusions for far less but you may have to walk a bit further to the downtown attractions.

    Not Worth The Money!
We found a 3 inch pubic hair on washroom door casing. We stayed at many 4 and 5 start hotels, small dark rooms with very small single windows 4x2 ft really claustrophobic does not reflect the feel and glamour of the exterior and interior at all. Don’t waste your money, not worth it we paid $550 for a king size bed, plus $40.00 parking plus $15.00 internet. A joke. Never staying again.

    Beautiful
This hotel is so beautiful. Hotel staff was amazing. The one down fall is that you have to pay $40 a day for parking you also have to pay for the wifi. When we stayed we had someone just walk into our room no knock or anything very embarrassing.

Like most things in life: pros and cons ;)!
The location is incredible. The history of the building is worth the visit. Beds were not-so-comfortable and our sink didn’t drain properly (which is always icky). All the staff were lovely.

perfect location but wifi is 12$ per day! and there was dust on the tables and I saw two ants in the room. very comfy beds and pillows.
