Bad employees
The start was ok. When we got back to our room at night we realized there was no parking anywhere- not even a curb available. I asked the white guy at the front desk what to do and his response was “well I can’t make parking spots appear so you guys just have to figure it out” that is such an unprofessional response. Then in the morning while I’m laying in the bed around 8 or 9am one of the employees just walks into my room, sees me there and walks out. Does the hotel not keep track when their guests check out- mind you check out is at 11am… super weird. What if I was changing?
