My first room smelled like mildew. I had to change rooms. The 2nd room smelled the same. The hotel worker had to spray the room with freasher. I went to the local Target and picked up some febreze to spray the rug and walls to get rid of the mildew smell. I never had a problem with the Hampton hotels until now.

Staff was terrific! Overall, clean and safe. Would stay again. I don’t think it has anything to do with the hotel itself, but the Jacksonville tap water smells horrible!! Take the bottled water offered at check-in to brush your teeth.

(Bugs all over and dust or mold in shower area. Sheets were stained yellow and air constitute so mold was falling apart oat bottom). Don’t stay here
