hotel and rooms were very nice, staff was very friendly and helpful. We did 2 overnights, pre cruise and post cruise. When we arrived at the cruise port I realized that I had left my meds in the refrigerator and could not get back to get them so I called the front desk to see if they could get them out of the refrigerator in the room and keep them refrigerated for me until we returned. I was very thankful that they handled that for me. there is quite a lot of construction going on at the property so getting in and dropping off luggage was a little confusing, but we managed. we would stay again, thanks.

The hotel has been under construction for over a year. There is no easy way to get anywhere without skirting construction areas. The television didn’t work in my first room so I called for assistance. After waiting 45 minutes I called again and demanded a new room. I was then placed in a room at the furthest location from an elevator and then had heavy drilling construction noise late in the evening and again early in the morning. It was so loud the room vibrated. The staff was polite but not real helpful or friendly.
