The room was clean, and we had a great view. The bathroom was actually smaller than our cruise ship room's, but it was still functional and clean, so it worked. The hotel was within a short walking distance to the Bay Marketplace, which had all kinds of food, shops, and entertainment.

The hotel was clean and convenient to cruise ships. The room was much smaller then it appeared in the pictures and the bathroom was smaller then a cruise ship's bathroom. There was no room in there.

We stood overnight in preparation for a cruise. The rooms were clean but very small. Overall Stay was pleasant but would not stay here more than one night. Close to stores, port of Miami and walking distance to park.

Great location and staff. Restaurant/bar above average. Bathroom very, very tiny. If you’re a large person, do not even attempt.

Room is descent, the front desk staff could be more friendly and there’s NO breakfast, unless you wanna pay $32/person for some rolls. If you’re going to a cruise, this location is prefect and they have a van to drop you off at the seaport. Which this service is phenomenal and the staff is great!

If you have a lot of luggage this isn’t your stay. The elevators can’t keep up with the amount of floors/rooms in this hotel. The people who work here were wonderful though. It was clean but our room was very tiny. The Concierge was great with booking rides to Miami Port and Miami Airport.

8/10 Very good

The hotel is well located. Close to the Metro Mover, restaurants, Whole Foods, sights. It was also safe. It was clean. Sometimes the elevator took forever, so I used the stairs. The carpet was frayed; tv channels were limited; room was well cleaned but staff did leave coffee Keurigs; I had to ask for more Keurigs; I would have liked a mini fridge; the phone in the room did not work, I asked for someone to look at it, but no one came to fix it. Price was reasonable for that area.

Nice restaurant for drinks and meals. Hotel does not provide hair dryers in the room or available at the front desk. Considering we are boarding a cruise where they are provided and had limited luggage, this was an essential missing amenity.

Room was clean. No hand soap one wash clothes. Towels left sticky feeling on our skin. Walls were cracked and looked like filled with plaster etc the toilet wasn’t sturdy and rocked everytime someone got up.

4/10 Fair

The staff were very friendly and helpful; however, the facilities leave much to be desired. The rooms lacked basic amenities such as shower gel, and the overall decor felt outdated and in need of an upgrade. Additionally, there are only two elevators, and during our stay, one was out of service. This led to long wait times, with queues forming just to reach or leave the rooms. At one point, guests had to walk up the stairs—my family and I, for example, had to climb nine flights to reach our room.
