Booked this property for an adult children family stay. We were absolutely duped and bait/switched. Thought we were getting a 2BR condo on Wyndham resort property but we were placed in an off property, non secured 2 story(no elevator) building. Very disappointed

Check in was good but to get room key you were sent to another desk where you were persuaded to attend a time share talk it was a nightmare we were told it would be 90 minutes but was over 2 hours and when we said we were finished they said we couldn’t leave. Property was nice. Room had an ant problem. Didn’t mind at first but than it became annoying having them crawl on me while in the bathroom. Also they Didn’t mention there was $250 security deposit till check in or that you have to pay $43 for parking. You would think for their nightly rate everything would be included.

Property was ok, very dated and the seating was uncomfortable.. beds were comfortable. Kitchen amemtites were sufficient. Location was ok although lots of sitens all the time. Cost for parking was a surprise, $20US/day. Pool could of used a cleaning as there was a lot of debris from surrounding trees.

The staff went above and beyond in making our experience a memorable one. Our check in and check out went smoothly. The staff accomodated our needs. We loved our one bedroom apartment. It was extremely spacious and the kitchen had so many utensils. My son had so much fun at the pool. I was only a little disappointed that the slide was closed. He was really looking forward to sliding down to the pool. I definitely plan on visiting again.
