Nice budget-friendly hotel. Dine at Abilone!
The arrival area is dark at night and feels very uncomfortable. If you self-park, you have to drive across the street to the garage and walk back. A shuttle would make it safer. We waited 50 minutes for the bellhop to bring our luggage to our room. The walls are very thin and very bad seals around the doors. Can hear everything in adjacent rooms. The food at the restaurant is amazing! 5-star cuisine! The views from our 24th floor balcony were also amazing! The bathroom was very spacious and shower was nice. Floors throughout were dirty despite seeing staff using Swiffers everywhere. Dry Swiffers don’t work as well as wet ones! Bed was comfortable. Lots of towels.

Fantastic!!
Fantastic!! The place was beautiful. I had a great view of the ocean so I was able to see that as well as the sunrise each morning. Bar and restaurant were great. Pool and hot tub great. Atmosphere of the place was wonderful. I highly recommend this place!!

Beautiful modern hotel...will definitely stay here again. The people in 2 rooms closest to us however did not practice the rule of closing the door quietly. They left the door adjar with the lock turned and let it slam every single time! Not the fault of the Beautiful hotel...but rather the inconsideration of other travelers.

Nice but poor setup
Parking is a travesty. There’s a parking garage as advertised but it’s diagonally across the street. Signs say not to leave your vehicle unattended at the check in spot by the lobby but you can’t get in the parking garage without your room key. The area around the hotel is not a nice area plain and simple. Tattoo shops, liquor stores, strip clubs, and terrible gas stations galore. Once in the hotel it’s not bad but you will have to walk back and forth unless you opt for the valet parking service. Overall I ended up at $350ish a night for a studio hotel room so I can’t say very much positive for the experience.

Highly recommend!! Incredible view!
We had a really great experience at this hotel. The only issue we had was that we had paid for a specific room online but when they checked us in it was a smaller version but when I asked about it they were able to get us to the room we had paid for. I'm just glad I asked. The view was worth every penny we paid for it. (Special note: when booking online you can specifically ask for a high floor which will out you in the rooms with a nicer view (southern view). We were on the 18th floor and it was beautiful! The room was very clean, modern and quiet. Our favorite thing was to open both sliding doors and the breeze was so refreshing. The bed was soft but comfortable. My daughter stayed on the fold out couch, the mattress was not very thick but no different than any other hotel fold out bed. We will bring extra blankets next time to make it more comfortable. The infinity pool was very nice and a great view of the ocean. Overall it was a great experience, we would definitely come back and stay in that same type of room.

This place was an amazing Resort. The oveanview suites had 2 balconys with the best views also with floor to celing windows. The only negative thing i have to say is check in was very long and a lot of rooms were not ready at 4pm. There were only 1 or 2 employees checkin in people that takes a considerable amount of time for such a large resort.

The hotel itself is beautiful. It was too cold to use the pool or beach, but I tried the hot tub. I got in, and right back out. The water and hot tub were both so dirty. The room was fairly clean. However, I bought a bottle of bleach to clean the shower. The linens were fresh. The air/heat worked great, but it was a bit loud.

Great hotel.
Very clean hotel. Staff nice and friendly. Had a few issues that were resolved. Valet issues with my vehicle-they took responsibility and gave me a refund for the valet charge. Room service had to correct my order. Besides the mishaps, everything went well. I would definitely stay there again.

This place is fabulous!! We loved our stay in the two queen ocean front view! Everything was amazing! I don’t have one negative thing to say! From Andi and Amanda at the front desk to Jade and Micheal in the Valet and all the rest of the staff who make you feel at home while you’re there! We will be back! This will become an annual event for my son and I!
