Great newer unit but lacks a lot of basics
Check in a bit frustrating. Representative checking us in was rude and went over 1000 rules with us. Which if you have been traveling the whole day and looking to enjoy the trip you’re not wanting to waste an hour listening to all the rules of how they will charge you extra for this or that. In the midst of this she didn’t give us our check in packet which had our door codes, WiFi info and more. Had to wait to open door in unit as codes didn’t work. Failed to give us bracelets for water park and then lied and said she did. Wouldn’t offer rides at all when driving past and then when we asked for a ride to water park told we have to reserve and requests through somewhere else. Gym and pool hours are inconvenient and grounds offer a lack of amenities. We have stayed here 3 times in 3 years and here has been little to no change at all with upgrades, service, etc. With the unit being 30 minutes away from any tourist attractions or popular areas it needs to provide more to make the far stay worth it.

Beautiful Place to stay
This was an amazing place to stay. Had an entire home to ourselves and it was brand new. One of the best places I've ever stayed. Close to the parks and other attractions. The pools were great and we were able to have access to both property pools which was nice. Waterslides are impressive and the kids enjoyed it for hours. We will definately be staying here from now on when we travel to Orlando.

Beautiful but inconvenient
Pros: The property is new and beautiful The pool is very zen and inviting The accommodations are spacious and quiet and clean There is everything you need in the house The water park is fun for the whole family Check out is easy and they don’t make you do a lot of cleaning or checklists Cons- -Strange check in process, lots of information overload and you have to plan ahead to arrive on their schedule -The pools and water park all close early, 5-6 PM - no direct parking, must park at the clubhouse - the shuttle service is limited and will not take you directly to your building, also the wait times are off and you’re required to use an app - amenities require extra cost- golf, bikes Overall, plan to stay in so as to use the resort you paid for. And plan a lot of downtime walking or using shuttle to get to your car. Don’t plan on going to neighboring amusement parks during the day and coming back to jump into the refreshing pool because it will be closed.
