Great spot
Second time staying here. Really convenient for Universal and City Walk. We had a concert at Hard Rock Live and love that we could take the water taxi everywhere. it was our first trip away with our baby and the staff were incredibly helpful. Will definitely stay here again

Could have been better!
The check in process was nice- the hotel lobby - outdoors was clean. Pretty grounds. Pool was not clean House keeping was not friendly or smile Did a so so job on cleaning. Forgot to replenish laundry bags and tissues- left some garbage behind Convenient to park with ferry boats Security at ferry are not friendly, gave me a problem taking my service dog on the ferry. Called a manager and 7 people came over like I was criminal- disgusting. I made a complaint and they offered me fast passes. Staff in store at the breakfast place look unhappy- never said hello or good morning. Bell hop and valet was good I would not stay again Tavern restaurant had little selection and was expensive- but it’s good for drinks Downstairs restaurant has menu service and Buffett. If you want to stay at a nice place- go to Portofino- a Lowe’s property also, and much better service. Staff really needs a check. They look miserable. Would not stay again.
