Average at best
The nickel a d dime you. To check in early they charge $75.00 & Parking is $18.00 with barely anyone at the hotel. The toilet in the room the toilet seat was peeling and all stained. Nasty. The lobby is nice and the hotel looks nice.

The community spaces were beautiful and very welcoming. I loved the cookies at check-in and the dog treats that were available to anyone bringing pets. I did think the room itself was slightly outdated, but I did love being on the ground floor with a lanai - it made it super easy to take the dog out for bathroom breaks

Shame on Hilton
I booked a king suite balcony with pool view for our 19th anniversary
Located across from golf course Had good reviews and 4 star rating. It was more than disgusting old and not kept up. Room was dirty, stained ripped furniture, carpets and walls. Never again!

Great stay, bad TV situation
The hotel is beautiful, the staff were friendly. The heated pool and hot tub were the main draw and they did not disappoint....HOWEVER...for the price of an overnight stay i has the WORST tv experience, and having a child with autism, the fact that the tv picture would warble and disappear was hard for him....and us. I would expect a better tv and at least a movie channel if its an actual Hilton Hotel. Other than that, i would definitely recommend this place and we had a good time.

Comfortable
This was our second stay here in 6 weeks. For our first trip (3 night stay) I gave a 5 star rating all around. This trip (3 night stay) I’m only giving a 3 star rating. Things that are great: staff is friendly, beds are very comfortable, beautiful lobby. The reason I’m only give three stars this time is for 2 main reasons. This trip, our room overlooked the lobby atrium. The lobby music was loud enough to interrupt our sleep. I didn’t want to cause issues and request a different room but I’m sure they would have accommodated me if I did ask. So make sure not to book an interior room if you like it quiet. The other reason was I requested a late check out due to a late flight and was only giving one additional hour. (I could stay longer for $25.) The rooms are not cheap and given that it was a very slow Monday, it seems unreasonable to not have extended a late check out courtesy to me. We are returning to Rohnert Park in 3 weeks and may give another hotel a try.
