"Love this hotel. My favourite hotel in Africa. Lots of peaceful spaces to relax."

"Comfortable room and fantastic breakfast. Nor noisy despite being in the city center."

"Very nice place for Kampala. Beautiful campus that is peaceful and pretty. Rooms are nicely done close to First world standards. Not perfect but clean and excellenly done by African standards. :-) 3 excellent restaurants and shopping Mart on campus also! Highly recommend if your looking for a nice place to stay while in Kampala. Nearby the USA Embassy also. "

"Like a vacation! Staff could not be more courteous. Gorgeous environs "

"Great service from all the staff . Clean prompt and the food was great."

"While the location is chaotic and busy the actual hotel was surprisingly good. Very nice and clean rooms to really affordable prices, The food at the hotel restaurant was really good and the staff was amazing. The only issue is to get a taxi driver to want to drive downtown where the hotel is due to the busy traffic around the area. But highly recommend this hotel as it is really good value for the money."

"For me Speke Hotel was nearly perfect. The location was close enough to the heart of the city but in a very quiet district. The onsite dining and food options were diverse and very entertaining, with a great ambiance. Excellent hospitality, warm, caring and eager without motive, always available and accommodating. Thank you Darshan and staff for making my stay there very memorable. I will see you again my friend."

"I have had a very pleasant stay at the Ruch hotel. The staff members were very, polite, professional, caring, competent and compassionate and well presented. The hotel facilitated my all transport arrangements both inside outside the city Kampala and naturally I felt very safe when I was exploring the city. I would definitely recommend the Ruch. It's excellent value for the money and it's located in a very safe area. "
