This hotel is fantastic. Great easy location quite rooms with amazing views of the mountains and city. Emmanuel and his team are all friendly and extremely attentive. The food was delicious. Rooms are comfortable while standard familiar hotel amenities.

Well the staff including Paul, Shawit, Kokob, Moses and Joshua, were absolutely fantastic. They made my stay absolutely memorable. The rooms were spotless, and breakfast options were incredible. Overall, I had an amazing time. 😊

The staff were great and very helpful . The room was ok however only one lift was working during our stay there so it was very inconveniencing especially for people on the upper floors .

Hotel seems tired.
The Golden Tulip needs a good revamp. Seems like a tired hotel with stale music playing in lobby. Breakfast was quite sad with limited options and flies on food. Room seemed tired looking again. Good location but hotel needs a major burst of energy pumped back into kt.
