"Koki hotel is the place to lodge. From the rooms to the kitchen, all is perfect. I will clodge here again next July 2026. I can't dirget the security part of it. The hotel is directly opposite the Kampala Centeal police station. The hotel sitting on a fleet of stores, makes it easy fir one to change money and shop."

"While the location is chaotic and busy the actual hotel was surprisingly good. Very nice and clean rooms to really affordable prices, The food at the hotel restaurant was really good and the staff was amazing. The only issue is to get a taxi driver to want to drive downtown where the hotel is due to the busy traffic around the area. But highly recommend this hotel as it is really good value for the money."

"I arrived at 4am to be given a room with no hot water. I even paid extra for that early check-in only to be disappointed. I asked several times to be moved to another room and they refused. There was no hot water for 24hrs in my room. It was the most appalling experience as I had a tour at 9am that same day I arrived.The hotel is located in a part of town where you can people preaching in the middle of the night. If you're a light sleeper, its not worth it. "

"The property was good for the price, and if you are on a budget it’s good value. But the service was so slow, it took 30 mins to get a drink or a minimum of 1 hour to get food, that is when it isn’t busy, it’s longer if it is busy. If you are going to be out all day and only sleeping there it is a good stay."
