"This property was a little tired, particularly the bedroom. The shower was mouldy and needed resealing. The bathroom floor was not mopped all the time we were there. There was a disco in the hotel opposite our room which was loud. There was very little to do in the hotel in the evening. However, the food standard was excellent, but did become a little repetitive. "Hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel concierge at the desk were extremely friendly and smiley and always helpful with any enquiries. However We got an email the day before arrival which claimed that the hotel could provide pickup from the airport but when we landed in morocco, the hotel claimed they did not provide this service which was very annoying as we were initially told that they would. "We stayed here 2 weeks after the Massive earthquake had hit and caused a lttile damage to the property. There was constant Repair work happening the whole time we were there so constant noise from the Machines and the Workmen there. But the staff were very nice. Very helpful, very friendly and considering what they had to go through 2 weeks previous I can't complain too much about the noise and repair works. "The hotel is in the Medina in a cul de sac. Quiet. You can hear the birds sing in the early morning hours. The area between the rooms is very nicely treed. Staff are extremely polite, helpful and pleasant. The Hammam and massage was great. Buffet breakfast was very good and we loved the cappuccino and the mint tea.
