Cabin Name: Dejaview

'Dejaview' is a sensational 2 bedroom cabin located in a private gated
community between Pigeon Forge and Wears Valley. A custom wood carved
front door will welcome you as you enter Dejaview. Main level features
include open living, kitchen and dining area highlighted by a floor to
ceiling fireplace of stacked stone. Also on the main level you will
find the master bedroom with master bath, 2 person Jacuzzi tub and
electric fireplace! Upstairs guests can enjoy a gaming area with pool
table, 2 person SAUNA the second master bedroom with king size bed and
attached master bath. Relax outside on the large wrap around porch,
rock peacefully in one of several rocking chairs or unwind in the hot
tub. Relax, rejuvenate and enjoy the Dejaview.

Cabin Location:
Located 10 mins from light #3 in Pigeon Forge: off of Wears Valley Rd

Check-In:
*4pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin

IMPORTANT: Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do
NOT allow ANY check in or outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, or
Christmas Day

Check-Out:
*10am - There is NO check out "to do list" for your departure, you are
on vacation & you should enjoy it to the last minute without having to
do any "chores".

Fireplaces:
*On During: October 1st - February 28th
*Off During: March 1st - September 30th

Common Concerns:
*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy,
mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a
cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins require a 4
wheel drive under normal weather conditions.
*Well Water: Most of our cabins are on well water. Well water here in
the Smoky Mountains sometimes has a different feel to it and often
times a slight sulfur smell and often times has a brown color. Well
water is safe to drink and to use for bathing and to cook with. We do
have water systems on any cabins that have these issues, but keep in
mind, it may smell and feel different than what you are used to. Also,
some of our wells take time to recoup themselves after a lot of water
has been used. This is a common problem in this area and there are
times you may have to use water sparingly or wait for the water
pressure to rebuild.
*TV & WiFi: We do have TV's and WiFi in most all of our cabins. There
are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees
will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to
have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot
control this problem.
*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native
bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there
are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please
let us know if they are causing trouble, we will handle it as quickly
and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt or approach any
wildlife. This is their home and we are the visitors.

Cancellation Policy:
*$50 cancellation fee
*Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50)
*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, this is the amount
that we will refund back (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights &
we
rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning
fee+damage fee+Bear Tootin fee ($25) - $50 cancellation fee.
