I booked the room since a month ago for my guest which are not from Malaysia. They travel very far to the hotel to be informed that the room has been cancelled?!! What nonsense is this? They were told that an email was sent to me a week ago but i have gone to a place that have poor internet connection hence i didnt get to check my email. The least u can do is be responsible or booked another hotel for my guest. This is a very bad thing to do to your guest. How can you cancelled an already confirmed booking? Mentioning that the room is fully booked a week before the guest’s arrival. It was during new year eve so most of the hotel are fully booked and my guest have to stay at some other ridiculous hotel and the whole plan was spoilt!!
