Just ok
It was ok, I had higher expectations from a Ritz. The prices at the lobby bar for hot chocolate and a pot pie was beyond outrageous. Plus our room wasn’t cleaned until we asked at 5pm so that wasn’t good. Just a string of mishaps that maybe only happened to us but we live in hotels for a living and this hasn’t happened to us in almost 2yrs so I would book a different hotel next time I visit KL.

I loveeeddd it here. But only thing is the breakfast spread wasnt as wide as some of the neighbouring hotels and the tv wasnt a smart tv and it had limited channels. But that was the only flawwwww. But otherwise it was one of the best hotels in KL. Love how luxurious and comfortable the rooms and bathrooms are!
