Maxwell Beach Residence 1, South Coast, Turquoise Blue Ocean, White Sandy Beach

There were 6 of us traveling for a girls trip and we were all super happy with this property. The photos are accurate and the location was phenomenal. We all felt comfortable in our respective spaces and condo was stocked with key items for cooking and cleaning. While we traveled during the "wet season" we found that the lack of crowd during this time of year was perfect for us. Wayne and Julian were super helpful through the entire week getting us to and from places (there are additional fees for transports to and from the airport); offering a personalized tour of the island as well. We truly felt at home and didn't want to leave. Highly recommend this place for a fantastic experience in Barbados. From all 6 of us, THANK YOU!!!!

This property was amazing and accommodating. Everything from start to finish was a beautiful experience and EXACTLY like the pictures and what was offered. Round trip airport transportation with Wayne was great! The starters groceries was just what we needed, condo was fully stock. WiFi and phone for local calling was a plus and the direct tv had every channel you can think of. I must thank Selma, this was by far the best VRBO I have ever booked!

Large and lovely oceanfront unit right on Maxwell beach adjacent to the Bougainvilla and Sandals resorts. It is not crowded on this part of beach so a great location! Sunsets right on this beach. Selma is wonderful to deal with and very responsive. Very clean upgraded unit, plenty of bathing & beach towels, kitchen and laundry supplies. Very nice bathrooms with rainhead showers. Great cable tv selections and strong wifi. Highly recommend: Barry’s surf school - 10 minute walk down the beach past the Sandals resort. Excellent instructors and owners Barry and Christie are lovely. Bliss cafe - so charming, great coffee, breakfast and lunch - and shakes! Castaways restaurant in the St. Lawrence Gap - right on the water, great food and drinks. Cocktail Kitchen - also in the Gap, great food and drinks, with roof top deck Snorkeling in Carlisle Bay - lots of sea turtles, fish and wrecks. A wonderful trip for my family with our two boys and two cousins. The unit is a very good size for six people. Highly recommend it and counting the days until we return! Thank you Selma!

The location cannot be beat. The unit was perfect for 6 women.

My son, daughter and I stayed in this unit for 9 nights and it was awesome. The unit had everything one could want or need plus more. It was tastefully decorated and very clean. We really appreciated the food that was in the refrigerator upon our arrival. For guests who have late flights this is very helpful. We rented a car so getting around from here was no problem, one night we did take local bus to Ostins fish market and walked back to condo. We spent many hours sitting on balcony enjoying the beautiful view. This was our second time to Barbados and enjoyed this condo and location much better. If you visit be sure to check out Medford Craft World. The most amazing pieces of wood art. Would highly recommend this condo for your stay in beautiful Batbados.

The villa was very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and clean, linens were available but I'd recommend bringing your own wash clothes. The host provided breakfast food and beverages for our stay. The food in Barbados was very expensive in the store so this was greatly appreciated! The patio gives you a great view of the pool and beach and the sound of the waves at night is a sweet lullaby. There are plenty of pots/pans/dishes for your stay. This place literally had everything you'll need for your stay. It's not convenient to walk into town but the driver will take you around for a fee and the bus stop is a few blocks away but I wouldn't recommend the bus at night. There is a security gate for the property and residents need a key to enter the building and the elevator so I felt very safe. Book your excursions early, bring your own alcohol unless you REALLY like rum and have a blast in Barbados!

A group of 6 stayed in the condo and everything was as pictured and I will definitely stay there again. The entire condo was clean and there was even some starter groceries in the fridge. The only issue I had was very minor and not discovered until day 2 of drinking rum punch--the coffee filter was moldy. This probably happened because it wasn't left open to breath. However, I mentioned it to the guy that did our walk though, so that it can be handled for the next guest. Again, it was minor and I just had more rum instead😁The pool was nice, but the water in ocean was not swimmable at this end, but I did find some awesome sea glass. Just sitting on the porch/patio listening to the waves at night was enough for me. Like I said, I will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoy our stay in the 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo. Our unit was very clean and updated. There was water, milk, eggs, juice and snacks at the property. We were a amazed at how big the property was. There were 6 of us and we all had enough room. Selma was OUTSTANDING!! No matter how many times I emailed her, she always replied in a timely manner and was very professional. I will definitely be back and this condo is a must see... The pictures doesn’t do it justice . Thanks Selma for everything!!

The property is very well maintained and has an excellent beach but somewhat limited compared to other islands where the beaches stretch seem to gone for every. Great condo (but a little hard to work the TV remote control) Definitely enjoyed the trip and would consider going back.
