I totally understand that with covid things are very difficult but this place has gone down hill .. the attitude and helpfulness of the front desk is bordering on rude .. the food is very poor quality a lack of choice and no food or drink after 9-30 ... and when you can’t go out of hotel this is poor .. place is tired and run down .. I never stay there again

Our stay was lovely. It's a bit of a shame that so many people were quaratining in the hotel as it made the hotel a bit of a ghost town.

The food was less than par. For a hotel with the Hilton label we expected much better food. I understand this is covid 19 times however powered eggs is not acceptable for the Hilton. The service at the restaurant was less than par. The orders were never complete. A very beautiful place overall.

Service in Lighthouse Restaurant painfully slow. Loved service in Cuppa Cafe. Plenty of lounge chairs at pool and beach.

Nice beachfront property and close to downtown. All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Some of the porters seemed a little too eager looking for tips. The grounds were nice, pools were in good shape & clean, as were the two beaches (on the grounds). The beaches are a bit small and can be quite rough, with occasionally strong currents. If you have a waterproof camera & use it in the surf, have a leash on it. There are a few local vendors on or around the beach, as all beaches are open to the public. We only met one who seemed put-off we didn't want to view his merchandise the instant he came around. If you desire water that is a bit more calm, there is always Pebbles Beach, located just north of the resort. This beach is adjacent to Barbados Blue (water sports) and there is a public restroom at the entrance to the beach. It is used by locals and resort guests. We ate at the Lighthouse Terrace (dinner & breakfast), Water's Edge Bar (lunch) a couple times each. Portions were a bit on the small side at the bar. Food was good.

While we were there, one of the restaurants (Lighthouse) closed for lunch and dinner thus fewer options for dinner, as poolside food stopped at 7pm and only dining option the expensive restaurant on site if not wanting to venture out in dark off property. Weather felt to be windy hence unable to use non-motorized water crafts such as kayaks.
